"Steve Basler uses a telemarketing company that spams your cell phone, even though I am on the Do Not Call Registry. I spoke with Steve, and he said it is not his responsibility to control how a third party operates, even though he is using that service to generate leads for extended warranty policies. Steve did call me back to request I change my review, indicating that they do not sell extended warranties, only insurance products. However, the person that called from the telemarketing company said it was for an extended warranty."

"I give Steve and the staff high praise, 5 stars. I had all my insurance coverage with State Farm (ZERO STARS) and they decided to cancel my home owners insurance because of 2, zero dollar claim inquiries. So I decided to cancel all my policies. Sorry Steve, thanks for 11 years of great service."

"Tawsha helped me make an update to my homeowners declaration page fast! I had called to request the changes around Thanksgiving; rather than wait for the underwriting office to complete and not delay funding on my end, she took it upon herself to update for me and email to my loan underwriter to keep my process moving! "TOOK MY MONEY. ISURED ME/MY BUSINESS COMMERCIAL AUTO FOR 30 DAYS THEN CANCELED MY COVERAGE,APPROX 18,000.00 YEARLY WITH NO OTHER OPTIONS. DO TO A EMPLOYEES DRIVING RECORD .AND NOW STATE FARM CONTINUES TO EMAIL ME OFFERING MORE DEALS TO GET A NEW INSURANCE QUOTE. I HAVE EMAILED ASKING THEM TO STOP THE EMAILS HOWEVER THEY CONTINUE TO SEND THEM.WHEN WILL IT STOP??? THIS AGENT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPONCEIVE,HOWEVER STATE FARM IS B.S."
