"I didn't think I could find lower insurance premiums that I had currently, but my experience with Mr Landon Bell with the Steve Basler Agency has been very positive. Going forward we will have better coverage for less premium. We are very pleased with our experience thus far."

"I am a life-long State Farm customer but am new to Steve Basler as my agent. I just finished working with Hannah Burd at Steve's office to get an additional car insured, and have had a great experience with her! I called from the dealership last week and she answered all my questions, then followed up with me yesterday. I did not have all the information with me at the time (e.g. the VIN number), and asked if she could call me back today, and sure enough, she called back today and took care of getting the car insured, answered more questions, and was just generally very pleasant and friendly to work with. She even offered to help set up an appointment directly with me and my agent when I told her that I had not been able to meet with him one-on-one in the past despite my best efforts. I am grateful for her superior customer service and follow-up to get my car insured and meet with my agent regarding my other coverages."

"I received a call from Steve's team stating my vehicles were no longer insured by State Farm. When I called the team, they told me my auto policy was canceled, per my request, because I had acquired insurance elsewhere. Unbeknownst to me, my young adult son and I had been driving around without auto insurance for three months!!!! My policy was canceled in error by someone at State Farm without an email or mail notification. When I asked Steve's team about the cancellation, they were not helpful, telling me I must have forgotten that I canceled my policy (what!?!?!). The team also blamed me, saying that I should have realized from the 800 different text messages that State Farm was sending me that my policy had been canceled because the premium was different. Steve's team and State Farm put me in a VERY horrible situation. The only way for me to reinstate my policy with Steve was for me to pay State Farm hundreds of dollars for insurance that I did not have or sign up with State Farm again with a higher premium -- keep in mind that State Farm canceled my policy in error. Also, as a result of the team's unwillingness to help me, I am now not eligible for insurance at many agencies outside of State Farm. I have no idea why I was paying for an insurance agency if no one at the agency was looking out for me or willing to help. Steve Basler team -- do better! People looking to do business with State Farm or Steve Basler -- run!"

"Jennifer, I appreciate your review. As our office discussed with you back in March State Farm did cancel all the policies in error in December. We certainly were not telling you that the mistake was your fault. What we were saying is that most of the time when someone is paying over $400 a month for their insurance and then for the next 4 months their bill was $42 that usually draws attention. The good news is we would have been able to start your policies back and we wouldn’t have made you pay the $1,600 from November to March ,that you didn’t pay for insurance however you decided that wasn’t the right fit for you. Prior to this I see no other issues with our office in the year and a half we had your business. Thanks Steve"

"Recently changed to State Farm for auto and homeowner insurances and it was very easy and efficient. Jayk at Steve Basler's office was on the dot with communications, checking back in to answer any questions and helping to get the right coverage, especially for dwelling coverage - ended up going with coverage that Jayk recommended and avoided being over-insured which resulted in premium savings vs. the renewal with the previous company. State Farm is like Dillard's of the insurance companies so glad to do business with them again. Would highly recommend!"
